Date: Monday 6 December
Time:4.00pm

British Art Show 7 (BAS7) features some of the best Contemporary Art to be made in Britain in the past five years. All teachers and tutors interested in hearing about this exciting major event should attend this meeting of the Plymouth Art Teacher’s Group.

This session will offer an introduction by Plymouth BAS7 coordinator Oliver Flexman to the artists and themes of British Art Show 7 and the work that will be shown in Plymouth. The wider programme of activities - called Constellation - will also be discussed, along with ways in which teachers can make the most of this incredible opportunity for themselves and their students.

Visiting a gallery is not only relevant for art subjects and your visit can work across the curriculum. The British Art Show 7 (BAS7) has particular relevance for subjects including history, science, citizenship and English, so please pass this information on to your colleagues.
