Scott Walker specialises in illustration, painting and graphic design. Scott’s work with young people has included character and cartoon design, street art and inclusive murals. His work is bright and colourful and highly accessible, resulting in great outcomes even when participants have very little experience in this area.
Recently Scott has been using a system of shapes developed from his sketchbooks to create wonderfully peculiar cartoon forms in his workshops. ‘Experimenting and exploring the manifold combinations and consequent creatures the shapes take on has been a great success.’
Confident ‘budding artists’ as well as reluctant ‘avoiders of blank pages’ enjoy instant and surprising results that, when deconstructed as a drawing lesson, help make the artistic process accessible to all abilities.
